During activation, the software will send information about the software and the computer to Incucomm, Inc. Activation associates the use of the software with a specific computer. MSS' s only obligation under this Agreement is, at MSS's option, to either (a) return payment as evidenced by a copy of the Receipt or (b) replace the disk that does not meet MSS's limited warranty and which is returned to MSS with the copy of the Receipt.

As the only warranty under this Agreement, and in the absence of accident, abuse or misapplication, MSS warrants, to the original Licensee only, that the disk(s) on which the software is recorded is free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of payment as evidenced by a copy of the Receipt. You agree that MSS’s software may use the measures that can control and prevent piracy of software. You agree that we may use those measures. There are technological measures in this Product that is designed to prevent unlicensed or illegal use of the Product. You may also need to reactivate the Product if you happen to re-install the product due to some reasons. You can activate the Product through the Internet or telephone toll charges may apply.

The license rights granted under this Agreement are limited for the first thirty (30) days after you first install the Product unless you supply registration information required to activate your licensed copy as described in Activation Wizard of the Product. MSS warns you that in the process of installation of the software, the other security products software installed on your computer may uninstall or disable if the same are not compatible with MSS’s software. For more information about activation and what is sent during or after an activation request, see. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BYPASS OR CIRCUMVENT ACTIVATION.
UNLESS THE SOFTWARE IS ACTIVATED, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE. QSR will use these technological measures to confirm you have a legally licensed copy of the Software. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO THE TRANSMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION. This information includes the product ID and version of the Software, license key, Internet protocol address of the Device, and information derived from the Device hardware configuration. During activation, the Software will send information about the Software and the Device to QSR. You may also need to reactivate the Software if you modify any Device upon which the Software is installed or any alteration is made to the Software or other software (such as operating systems). You may not be able to exercise your rights to the Software under this EULA after a finite period of time unless you activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during its installation or launch. You will then also have to follow the steps in the Solution to ensure all subsequent installs using NI Package Manager will be installed in your new directory.Mandatory Activation.
